The founder of Volok Games and creator of Chimera CUSTOM XG, a side scrolling shooter-platformer set in the world of ancient alien conspiracies set to release in 2024.

He is unhinged, unrelenting, and unstoppable. If you have any information on his whereabouts please contact Space Force immediately. Do not engage.

Chase graduated from College for Creative Studies in 2014 with a BFA in Game Art and Design, and is the Lead Programmer. He spends most of his days in the trenches, playtesting, bug fixing, implementing new mechanics and creating "amazing" programmer art.

When away from the keyboard, he prefers to play trading card games and record death metal.

Daria is our shader and lighting guru, making all things visually stunning through technical black magic. Her artistic skill and eye for color goes beyond the game to her own artwork, dabbling in fun mediums between digital and coffee.

Strangely, Daria is always traveling so it is hard to know which country she's in at any moment. The team speculates she's either in wetwork or is an alien spy. We will never know.

Adam has been working as a 3D artist for nearly a decade and teaching game art at a university level for eight years. The only thing he loves more than helping people is his cat Butters, which no one can argue with. The games that inspire him are Ratchet and Clank, along with the Halo series.

He also loves taking his own designs to production for props and weapons, which we're sure is a ruse. In time we'll likely see him become an intergalactic arms dealer.

Kole is the social media and community manager for the team, all knowing in the ways of the algorithms and trends. Somehow lore writing got on his agenda too, not that he's complaining. When he's not doting on his two senior cats he's either writing cyberpunk novels or scouring a local antique shop.

The only thing that rivals his obsession with Rubik's cubes are fast paced FPS. If you see him in a lobby queue hand over the Peeps and back away slowly.

Jake is Volok’s 3D generalist, and has worked in motion graphics and design for six years. He has a passion for tinkering and solving technical problems in a creative environment, and has been creating his own games for the past three years.

Outside of creating moving digital experiences, Jake has taught motion design at the University of Washington in Seattle and his alma mater, the College for Creative Studies in Detroit.

Chris is a concept artist who loves bringing worlds to life through design. Learning new skills is important to him. Outside of work he likes to do acrobatic stunts for fun.

Shannon is a visual designer and artist, having worked with our marketing team to start and expand on a repository of such sights to show you. While she was a great asset to our team she has moved on to a new project with another team.

We greatly appreciate the work she has given us and we wish her all the best in her career, we can't wait to see how brightly she shines.

Sam is a 3D artist from Rochester, NY who discovered his love for creation with creation tools included in Bungie's old Marathon games, Blizzard's Warcraft 2, and by simply filling all available space on his school papers with doodles.

After finishing school for 3D art, he worked in QA on Destiny 2 and Horizon Worlds, before landing at Volok Games focusing primarily on environment art. Now residing in the Pacific Northwest, Sam enjoys the indie game life along with mountain biking, ramen, and the frequent, cromulent Simpsons reference.

Gena is the mastermind behind our PvP and Co-Op features, being a one man team which is beyond our understanding. The man is a mystery, wrapped in an enigma. We're not even sure if he's human with the wonderful things he has done to our game.

Masha is a visual effects designer, finding the experimentation part of creation rather thrilling. She has a cool snake and two lovely kitties, loves dark fantasy and good horror. Emphasis on the 'good' part. Masha also loves Zdzisław Beksiński's paintings and Lavcraft's stories.

In her off time she enjoys black melta, jazz, electro swing, and more, along with games like Observation, Zanzarah, Doom, and Bloodborne.

Fernando has always been captivated by the immersive experiences games can provide. Games are his go-to place to decompress, connect with people, and have a good time with loved ones.

From Destiny to Apex to Hades to Control, Fernando enjoys discovering new worlds and their characters. He believes in the power of good games and strives to create the game experiences he wants to play.

Cory is our music and sound design guy, having worked previously worked at 3D Realm and Slipgate. His ability to make immersive soundscapes marks him as a truly skilled soundsmith, bringing new depth to the game we could not fathom.

When he's not crafting music at work he's doing such at home, the kind that would make the depths of hell pleased. If you ever run into him don't worry about the coldblooded stare, that's just his face.

Patrick is a tech and environment artist, turning what he does for fun into a career. He has an unhealthy obsession with Destiny, Halo, Batman, Spider-Man, and Star Wars. Thusly, he fits in well with the team because they're all nerds.

When he's not staring at a screen he's outside as much as possible, running around as a lumberjack. Oh and he's a diehard Lions fan. We didn't know that until after we hired him.
